We're holding an event so local residents can see the plans for phase II of the new homes due to be built on the site of the former St Lawrence’s Hospital. Come along and give us feedback on the final layout and designs before we go back to request final planning permission.

The development team will be there to answer questions and listen to your views.

Date: Wednesday 26 June 2019

Time: Drop in anytime on between 4pm and 8pm

Location: Chy Trevail, Bodmin, PL312QE (meetings rooms 1&2)

The Council is committed to providing good quality homes for local people and its Contemporary Cornish Living scheme will provide attractive, high quality homes that people can afford in areas of high demand.  The new homes will have energy saving features which will reduce the cost of heating in the colder months and contribute to a reduction in the carbon footprint of the development.

Feedback from residents at previous community consultations have helped shape the size and style of the homes being built.

You can find details of the application in the Online Planning Register. The planning reference number is PA19/01160/PREAPP.
